Welcome to D&D Yorkie Collections. By accessing or using our website and purchasing a puppy from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing a deposit or purchasing a puppy.

Puppy Contracts

All puppies are sold with a written contract. Each puppy will be sold as either:

   •    Pet Only (no breeding rights), or

   •    Full Breeding Rights

The type of contract will be clearly stated prior to purchase. Breeding rights are not included unless explicitly specified in writing.

Puppy Health & Care

Unless otherwise stated in the individual puppy’s description, all puppies will:

   •    Be microchipped

   •    Be dewormed on an age-appropriate schedule

   •    Receive their first round of vaccinations

   •    Have a docked tail

Buyers are responsible for continuing vaccinations, deworming, and routine veterinary care after pickup.

Puppy Descriptions

All puppy descriptions, photos, pricing, and details are provided to the best of our knowledge. Buyers are responsible for carefully reading all puppy descriptions before placing a deposit or making a purchase. If something is not listed, it should not be assumed.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits are non-refundable and secure your selected puppy. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or at pickup unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Meet Ups & Pickups

For the safety and privacy of our dogs:

   •    Meet-ups and puppy pick-ups will take place outside of the home unless otherwise stated in writing.

   •    No inside-home visits are permitted without prior approval.

Failure to comply with meet-up arrangements may result in cancellation of the sale without refund.

No Guarantees on Size, Color, or Temperament

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee adult size, weight, color, markings, coat texture, or temperament, as these may change with age.

Right to Refuse Sale

D&D Yorkie Collections reserves the right to refuse or cancel a sale at any time if we believe the placement is not in the best interest of the puppy, with any paid funds refunded except for non-refundable deposits.

Website Use

All content on this website, including photos, text, and branding, is the property of D&D Yorkie Collections and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Once the puppy has been picked up or delivered, D&D Yorkie Collections is not responsible for injury, illness, or loss caused by negligence, environmental factors, or improper care.

Agreement

By using this website and placing a deposit or purchasing a puppy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
